Hey, I’m Trudi—founder of Balance & Bloom Consulting, certified Profit First Professional, and co-owner of a roofing company that’s as real-world as it gets.
I know what it’s like to carry the mental load of family and business.
To be the one quoting, chasing invoices, managing a team… and still trying to make it home in time for the kids.
I’ve lived the burnout, built back from it, and now help others do the same—without giving up profit, time or sanity.
My Journey
From burnout to Builder Boss.
I’ve worn a few hats—croupier, travel agent, systems tech, marketer, mum.
But the biggest shift came after burnout hit hard during COVID—homeschooling, remote team, business stress… all at once.
That led me to discover the Pumpkin Plan and Profit First—and become certified in both. These tools helped me fix my own business, and now I help other tradies and their partners do the same.
